James L. Casale, Ph.D.
Dr. Casale is a state and national award-winning educator(Florida Teacher of the Year and a National School of Excellence Principal) who began his career as a substitute teacher when he completed his active duty with the United States Marine Corps Reserve.
His career includes experiences as an elementary, middle school, and high school teacher, middle and elementary school assistant principal, elementary school principal, assistant superintendent of schools for curriculum and instruction, and college professor.
He was the Florida Teacher of the Year; the first male teacher to receive that honor. In 1988, while serving as the principal of Purchase School in Harrison, NY, the school was recognized as a Blue Ribbon National School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education.
He is an author, speaker, and freelance writer. He has written three highly praised parenting books, a family cook book, and two brief memoirs. All are for sale on his website and on Amazon.com.
He is a proud graduate of Providence College and Texas A&M University. He is Blessed to be the father of two children and six grandchildren.
